Puree- choose from textures, see 'texture guide' above for more information on texture recommendations. Falafels: Designed for little chubby hands, these finger foods are firm without being hard. They require chomping and gnawing to break down (teeth not necessary), but are soft enough to do so if bub has these skills. Lamb Kaftas: Baked and then cooled, these finger foods can be one of the dense and chewy foods to introduce to bub. With a texture that requires lots of chewing before swallowing, this one is for the confident eaters who know their way around solids. Beef Bolognese: Chunky and bite sized pieces, all mixed together as one dish. Requires chewing and chomping, but everything has been cooked so it's soft and designed to break apart easily.
