Cooking Instructions:

Gaspacho de tomates latine et basilic.

Defrost gently in the fridge overnight, designed to be served chilled. Best served with a drizzle of olive oil.

Defrost beef & potatoes 24 hrs before serving in the fridge. Simmer water in a large pot and place both the mains in the water (inside of bag).

Bourguignon | 15-20 minutes

Mashed Potatoes | 10-15 minutes

  

Cooking Instructions:

Fondant au chocolat noir, caramel au beurre salé et glace vanille.

Fondant | Preheat oven to 180C, cook for 10-12 minutes. Should be firm on outside, runny in the center. Cool for 3-4 mins before serving.

*if pregnant, cook until fully solid - 15-16 minutes.

Reheat the caramel sauce in the hot water pot. Place bag into hot water for 2-3 min.

Serving: Flip the Fondant upside down and top with ice cream and warm caramel sauce.
