    What do you recommend adding to smoothies when blending?

    Your preference of liquid!

    We love: Coconut Milk, Almond Milk, Oat Milk, Coconut Water, Water or Whole Milk

    How long am I considered postpartum?

    Phase 1: 6-12 Hours post-delivery

    Phase 2: 2-4 Weeks after giving birth

    Phase 3: From 3 up to 6 Months post-delivery

    Can I share them with my little one?

    Absolutely! We do have one flavour with Almond Butter - so always check the ingredients for potential allergens.

    Can I have these smoothies pregnant?

    Yes! This range really focuses on nutrient-dense, flavourful recipes that are geared to replenish and nourish a mother during the first 1000 days - which actually start at conception.

    How many smoothies does each pack make up?

    Each pack makes 3 smoothies and the bundle makes on average 18 smoothies total.

    Will I be able to buy the smoothies seperately?

    Absolutely! We are launching them a la carte very soon!

    How did you come up with the flavours?

    We worked with an accredited nutritionist to collate this range to focus on nutrient-dense, flavourful recipes that are geared to replenish and nourish a mother during the first 1000 days.
